MICHELLE JONES-GAJUS
Michelle has been in the business over 15 years. She’s trained local stylists as an educator for Moroccanoil and continues to mentor the talented team she has put together at Q+F. When she had her daughter she decided it was time to stop traveling to teach and eventually put down roots right where she grew up as a salon owner. Michelle loves a challenge and is knowledgeable about all things related to hair color!
ABBY SHANER
Abby has an incredible laugh and zest for life. She is a wonderful stylist and mother which are two things she definitely prides herself on. Abby has been doing hair for almost 20 years and is equally talented as an artist. It’s incredible to see how she approaches hair like an artist and she definitely has the eye to take you to the best version of yourself. Abby is a gifted colorist and she also specializes in Brazilian Blowouts.
NICOLE KNIERIM
Nicole is a wonderful stylist and person who pays attention to every detail. She’s been in the industry over a decade, starting out working with men’s cut clients and growing into the talented colorist she is today. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in many subjects pertaining to hair and it is a treat and honor to sit in her chair.
HANNA LEWANDOWSKI
Hanna is a double certified extension specialist with vast color knowledge and an eye for all things artistic. She’s a Cincinnati native, raising her sweet family here and providing an unparalleled experience in her salon chair. Hanna really defines what specialist means when she sets her mind to something. Her goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible, not only in her chair but at home caring for your new do. We can’t wait for you to meet her and see what she can do for your hair!
Lydia Trentman
A 2020 Aveda Institute graduate with 4 different extension method certifications. She specializes in extensions, dimensional brunettes, lived in color, blondes, hair cutting and barbering! Helping people feel and look their best while forming lasting relationships she is the person you want on site for all life’s special event styles and to catch up with monthly between. We can’t say enough about Lydia’s vast talents behind the chair.
SYDNI BAKER
Sydi has been with our team since she apprenticed under Michelle while in school and we could not be prouder of the stylist she has grown into. She is a talented, hard working stylist who can always deliver the latest trends and is truly a joy to spend time with. If you are looking for someone eager to update your look and build a relationship , Sydni’s chair is the only place you’ll need to look.
